About the Role:

Drive the strategic evolution of our global security technology stack as the Head of Global Security Engineering and Architecture. Lead critical initiatives in SDLC, cloud, network, endpoint, vulnerability, and data security. We seek a visionary leader with a proven record in building advanced security engineering capabilities, including cloud, data loss prevention, and Zero Trust. Reporting to the Global CISO, you'll shape our global security technology strategy, influencing senior leaders with your technical expertise and business acumen. s.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute global security engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead Endpoint, Data, Network, Application, Cloud, and Vulnerability Management Security Engineering teams.

  • Architect robust security for global networks, data, and infrastructure across cloud and on-premises.

  • Champion secure and ethical AI architecture and security engineering projects.

  • Drive an automation-first approach across all security engineering functions.

  • Lead innovation in security technologies and practices.

  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to enable secure business growth.

  • Develop strategic security metrics and dashboards for actionable insights.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

  • Advise the Global CISO and senior leaders on security engineering matters.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Track KPIs to measure security engineering program effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years cybersecurity experience; 8-10+ years managing security engineering teams.

  • Deep technical expertise in network, endpoint, data, cloud, and application security.

  • Strong understanding of application security tools (Black Duck, Checkmarx), SDLC, OWASP, NIST SSDF.

  • Proficiency with network, cloud, and SASE tools (Palo Alto, Zscaler, Fortinet, Cisco).

  • Proven success building and leading high-performing security engineering teams.

  • Expertise in Zero Trust concepts and architectures.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing security automation solutions.

  • Strong background in data analytics and security metrics development.

  • Solid understanding of cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).

  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS).

  • Experience managing enterprise-wide security technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Master's degree in Information Systems Management, Information Security, or related field.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent Travel Required (50%).

  • Remote / Work-from-home.

  • Local (in-country) travel required.

  • Global travel required.

  • Professional, office environment.
