About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Node Operator to join our infrastructure team. You’ll help run and optimize blockchain validator nodes, ensure reliability, and contribute to building secure, automated systems. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of Web3 infrastructure innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard and manage new blockchain and validator projects.

• Maintain uptime and health of blockchain nodes and validators.

• Execute scheduled and emergency software updates.

• Engage with community and project teams via Discord, Slack, and Telegram.

• Join the on-call rotation and respond quickly to alerts.

• Improve observability tools and CI/CD automation.

• Automate ops workflows using Python and/or Golang.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proactive and self-driven mindset

✅ Comfortable scripting with Python and/or Golang ✅ Experience with Linux, Docker, and containerized deployments ✅ Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, and Grafana ✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Must have 5+ hours overlap with GMT+1

Nice to Have

Blockchain node and staking experience

Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or managing bare-metal servers Experience with Nomad, Vault, or Python/Django Prior on-call support experience in production environments
