The Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering our product to our clients. This includes education, configuration, solution development, and risk strategy to enable our clients to address their pain points. We collaborate with our clients to ensure they have the right solution, build out a strategy and training plan for them, and then support them through each phase of our client lifecycle. You:

You are a technical and consultative leader for Feedzai product implementations. You'll need to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solution delivery. Your function as subject matter experts in the field and advise on best practices and repeatable, maintainable and scalable solutions. You are called in during the sales cycle to help with the client needs and continues involvement after the sale has completed. You take the client needs and requirements and designs a high level solution for the client, helps identify gaps in existing out of the box solutions and creates the backlog of work items for the engineering team to implement. you should be involved in many projects at once and will need to ensure that what is designed has global application and capability of reuse. You need to be responsible for a perform-ant system design and will need to be able to work on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the project. You are not expecting to code on a project each day but will be regularly reviewing the code of others and assessing the project status to ensure their solution is being implemented properly. You will also work to develop code modules, tools, utilities and processes that can be shared among multiple projects to ease and simplify implementation practices.

Your Day to Day:

• Review client requirements and translate into a cohesive design and development backlog for the engineering team;
• Review product solutions and determine best fit for client environment;
• Present on Feedzai Technology to clients and advise on best practices for implementation;
• Review code and work of project engineering team to ensure it matches your solution and vision;
• Monitor and advise on multiple projects at once;
• Review projects on a holistic level to determine methods to improve implementation efficiency either through reuse, process improvement, or product change;
• Develop and maintain tools, utilities or libraries to facilitate project implementation;
• Ensure solution design and implementation is performant, troubleshoot any performance issues and adjust design to compensate;
• Troubleshoot and resolve level 2 support issues;

You Have & You Know-how:

• 5+ years Java development experience;
• 2+ years systems/solution design experience;
• Experience in large scale enterprise design;
• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
• Experience with Server technologies: Rabbit MQ, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana:
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (Mysql, Oracle, Cassandra).:
• Java and network application performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques;
• Java memory management, garbage collection and allocation troubleshooting;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have);
