Responsibilities:

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will work on various exciting and long-term projects, including:

• Integration of Salesforce CRM and Odoo ERP
• Redesigning, customizing, and optimizing our websites
• Development of verticals for different product ranges

You will also contribute to the further development of our e-commerce system, focusing on:

• Purchase order process and supplier connections
• Working with large volumes of data and writing import procedures
• Implementing back-office services for product management, pricing, and SEO data

In addition, you will perform quality assurance on pull requests from junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Several years of experience in Ruby on Rails, SQL, and RSpec/Minitest
• Strong expertise in recent Rails versions (5+) and experience with upgrades
• Proficient in GIT version control and QA processes
• Familiarity with Docker containers
• Experience in e-commerce implementations or complex backend systems
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Nice-to-have skills: ElasticSearch, Memcached or Redis, Google Cloud Platform
