JOB SUMMARY:

As an Account Supervisor at Fusion92, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading client relationships and driving results across high-performing marketing campaigns. This position is built for a strategic thinker and detail-oriented doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to connect data-driven performance with bold, creative execution.

In this role, you'll oversee multi-channel campaign planning and execution, including paid media, search, social, and conversion-focused initiatives. You’ll serve as the day-to-day lead for client communication, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance KPIs are met while partnering closely with internal teams including Media, Creative, Data Science, and Strategy. Whether it’s launching a full-funnel digital campaign or optimizing lead generation efforts, you’ll bring clarity, collaboration, and strategic insight to every touchpoint.

Location:

Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, including campaign objectives and budgets.
  • Manage high-value client relationships, address complex issues, and build trusted relationships.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration on client projects.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, developing recommendations for improvements.
  • Evaluate and improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and present strategic proposals and performance reports to clients.
  • Address and resolve any escalations or issues raised by clients or team members.
  • Track and manage project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance within the team.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities and client growth strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and quality of service.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services, with experience in team supervision.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and processes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior knowledge in overseeing client budgets, SOWs, and forecasting.
  • Prior experience in interpreting performance metrics to guide optimization.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000 to $90,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
