Check out the platform here: devotedfusion.com We are looking for an experienced Delivery/Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of features and enhancements across our B2B SaaS platform. This platform powers client-facing solutions critical to our operations and is evolving rapidly. As Delivery Manager, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring we stay on track, under budget, and aligned with business goals.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, developers, designers, QA, analysts, and leadership to coordinate execution, manage risks, and optimize performance. You’ll also act as a strong thought partner to our product and engineering leads, challenging assumptions, surfacing delivery risks early, and ensuring delivery is not only efficient but smart.

Location: The vacancy is 100% remote! Language: Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope for our client-facing platform.
• Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment with developers, QA engineers, and designers.
• Capacity Resource Planning: Own team bandwidth tracking, hiring planning, and sprint resourcing.
• Delivery Roadmap Execution: Maintain clarity on roadmap items, project scope, and delivery milestones, ensuring the team delivers with speed and quality.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and expectations management.
• Tooling Process Management: Own and improve usage of Jira, Confluence, and other delivery tools for visibility, documentation, and reporting.
• Risk Management: Proactively flag timeline risks and delivery blockers; work with leads to mitigate and course correct.
• Strategic Input: Partner with product and engineering leads to align sprint plans with strategic priorities.
• Reporting Metrics: Track and report on project progress, team velocity, sprint goals, and delivery KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or delivery management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B platform, or app development environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and owning the full project lifecycle.
• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Gantt charts.
• An eye for identifying delivery risk and process inefficiencies with the initiative to address them.
• Comfortable digging into technical details and collaborating closely with engineers (technical background or strong understanding of dev workflows is a big plus).
• Clear, proactive communicator who sets and manages expectations at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
