Location: Houston, TX (Must live in the territory as you will be in the field on daily client visits)

  • Position Summary

    We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive – Field Sales to expand our restaurant client base across the Orlando, FL market. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on developing strategic relationships with new customers and selling NCR Voyix’s industry-leading hospitality solutions. You will lead complex sales processes, tailor solutions to customer needs, and work cross-functionally to ensure long-term success for each client.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead New Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with restaurants and hospitality businesses.
    • Execute Field Sales Strategy: Regularly meet with prospects face-to-face across the Charlotte territory to drive pipeline growth and build long-term relationships.
    • Consultative Selling: Engage with senior-level stakeholders using a solution-based approach that clearly articulates NCR Voyix’s value and ROI.
    • Strategic Account Penetration: Navigate multi-level decision-making structures within prospect organizations to craft winning account plans.
    • Territory & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales activity, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
    • Close & Transition: Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to order booking—before transitioning accounts to implementation teams for onboarding.
    • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to deliver innovative, tailored solutions.
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with solution engineers, account managers, and product teams to craft proposals and ensure a smooth transition post-sale.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B technology or hospitality sales, with a strong record of exceeding revenue goals.
    • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry technology.
    • Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Based in the Charlotte area, with the ability to travel locally for daily in-person meetings.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for opportunity and pipeline management.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience selling mid-market /enterprise-grade hospitality technology such as POS systems, payment platforms, kitchen operations, or loyalty solutions.
    • Familiarity with the SaaS/software sales model and services-led solution selling.
    • Strong professional network in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
