What will you be doing as a Premium Conveyancing Assistant.

As a Premium Conveyancing Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting smooth and efficient property sales. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication and coordination skills to manage transactions and maintain exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through completing conveyancing documentation within tight timeframes
  • Ensure all forms are accurate and ready for solicitor handover
  • Coordinate with solicitors to maintain progress and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Track transactions through every stage, managing follow-ups to keep things moving
  • Respond to client and agent queries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and raise any concerns around delays or issues
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver progress reports and updates to ensure full visibility across the process

What are we looking for?

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors
  • Previous experience in conveyancing or property administration (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of the conveyancing process and documentation
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Customer-focused, professional, and committed to continuous learning and development
