YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Software Engineer with software development skills to help us grow our business by writing code for some of the biggest brands in the world, scale-ups and future industry leaders, and set a new standard for high-quality, high-profile projects. You will be working as part of an elite three-person Fireteam with other sharp, skilled coders who know how to do top-notch, innovative work in record time to help our customers solve their most vexing technical problems.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have good technical skills and relevant experience on backend development, ideally but not limited to Python.
• You have relevant experience in web application development languages, frameworks and tools, ideally but not limited to NodeJs, React.
• You are familiar with AI-related solutions, such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic Workflows, with hands-on experience applying these technologies in development projects.
• If you have hands-on working experience on Native Cloud Development using AWS or Azure It’s a plus.
• You are familiar with community standards, code guidelines and design patterns.
• You are familiar with direct interactions with the customer, standups and pair programming.
• You have an good command of English, both written and verbal.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
