Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing professional and courteous service in both Spanish and English
  • Monitor and efficiently manage the main company email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing
  • Direct calls, emails, and communications to the appropriate team members and departments with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Take comprehensive messages and maintain detailed records of all client interactions
  • Provide essential reception coverage that enables existing staff to focus on high-priority projects and strategic initiatives
  • Support basic administrative functions as needed during your coverage hours

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Familiarity with VoIP phone systems or strong willingness to learn new technology
  • Excellent email management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Availability to work consistently during business hours in Eastern Time zone
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
