We’re on the hunt for a skilled Customer Support Representative who can confidently handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering top-notch service with a smile. You’ll be the first point of contact for diners, helping them reserve the perfect table, modify bookings, and ensure every detail is captured to perfection — all through our user-friendly online booking system.Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Melbourne, VIC Timezone (4 hours per day/24 hours per week/6 days per week).
- Answer high volumes of inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize an online booking system to make, modify, or cancel restaurant reservations per customer requests
- Accurately capture special requirements or preferences related to table seating
- Log any issues that require follow-up from the individual restaurant locations
- Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in customer service roles, preferably in the restaurant business or related
- Must have excellent verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes during peak periods
- Basic computer proficiency to navigate booking software
- Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail in capturing reservation details
