Manager, IAM Governance - Tangerine

Tangerine is seeking a Manager, IAM Governance to provide oversight to various IAM related functions and processes, and contribute to the overall success of the Identity and Access Management domain. The role will involve maintaining compliance oversight of security and risk management framework, identifying and reporting on material IT risks, and providing direction to functional teams to build their capability to identify and mitigate risks associated with information and IT systems.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, concepts, and best practices.
• Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration solutions, including SailPoint Identity solutions.
• Experience defining requirements, processes, and operational procedures.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple intake channels efficiently.
• Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and delivering presentations to various audiences.
• Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to quickly become comfortable with unfamiliar business areas or technologies.
• Ability to connect programs/projects to broader organizational goals and grasp the key performance drivers of business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
• Relevant certification in Security / Risk Management
