Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center
Job Summary: We are looking for motivated, self-starting individuals to join our remote customer service team as independent contractors. This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity where you’ll provide customer support to well-known national brands. If you have great communication skills, enjoy helping others, and want to work on your own schedule — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
- Provide product or service information and resolve issues with empathy
- Follow client guidelines and complete all required training
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Work independently and meet performance standards
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with basic technology and navigating multiple systems
- Reliable computer, USB headset, and internet connection
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
