[Remote/WFM] US Consumer Personal Systems Account Manager

This role is responsible for managing the consumer computing business with Amazon.com. This person will manage the laptop, desktop, and monitor categories for HP, while working closely with Amazon as a retailer. The role will manage to a quota while following sales processes and collaborating across functions. The role will work externally (direct) with Amazon's vendor-management team and... in-stock teams, as well as the management teams. This role will also collaborate with several different internal functions within HP in order to optimize the key metrics of the position. Responsibilities ┬Ľ Manage all day to day sales, assortments, promotions, and inventory for the categories. ┬Ľ Serve as the expert for all PC and Displays business done on Amazon within the USA market. ┬Ľ Collaborate closely (daily) with external partners, specifically Amazon's vendor management and in-stock teams. ┬Ľ Work closely with internal teams to drive strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives and foster their integration into the sales ecosystem. ┬Ľ Works with a team to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements. ┬Ľ Contributes to the improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights. ┬Ľ Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as channel development, product marketing, and supply-chain teams to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives. ┬Ľ Assists in the resolution of minor conflicts or issues between partners and the organization. ┬Ľ Work with the accounting and finance teams to help investigate, resolve and close any discrepancies from the work in the defined categories. ┬Ľ Provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth partner interactions and sales processes. Education & Experience Recommended ┬Ľ Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. ┬Ľ Typically has 4-7+ years of work experience, preferably working with the headquarter buying and vendor management teams at major retailers. ┬Ľ Experience of 3+ years working with the Consumer Electronics industry is also preferred. The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $112,350 to $169,650 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix.
