Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate product features - Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise to ensure availability for customers - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service oriented position is a plus -Previous experience stocking and restocking merchandise is a plus. -Previous experience as a cashier is a plus. - Strong customer service skills and pleasant personality, friendly, outgoing Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Friendly, outgoing personality - treating customers & other employees in a professional and positive manner. - Ability to provide outstanding customer service - Proficient in operating cash registers and other point-of-sale systems - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
