Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies to attract the teenage demographic. Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and curate creative and informative content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to appeal to the interests of teenagers. Assist in organizing and promoting online events and contests to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor website analytics and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Stay up-to-date with current trends, platforms, and technologies in the teen digital landscape to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated experience in managing and creating content for digital platforms. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for creating engaging and relatable content. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to capture the attention of a teenage audience. Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO principles. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Must be a teenager between the ages of 16 and 19 to understand the target audience effectively.
