[Remote/WFM] Implementation Specialist - Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

An Implementation Specialist works closely with our team members to ensure our clients are successful. Implementation Specialists wear multiple hats and have excellent communication, business, and technical skill sets. General Responsibilities: - Work with consultants and senior consultants on a wide variety of projects. - Attend weekly project meetings. - Take detailed meeting notes as needed. - Attend internal debrief meetings immediately following each client call. - Complete delegated project action items. - Co-design and implement software solutions. - Communicate with project team members and clients as needed. - Attend daily team standup meetings to review the status of each project, discuss team workload, and - collaborate on any complex problems. - Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform. - Build software solutions using many different technology stacks. - Identify risks and issues in order to prevent fires before they occur. - Work with agile and other methodologies. - Help identify and implement process improvements in order to improve our current processes and avoid repeating the same mistakes. Estimated Percentage of Time: - Salesforce build: 70 percent - Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20 percent - Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10 percent Unmatched Benefits: - Flexibility to work from wherever you want.
