As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to partner with experienced insurance executive search consultants who are motivated to run their own business by helping them launch a business that they can build and scale with our support, whilst earning more money. We work with our clients on a 100% retained basis, with an average fee of $50,000. Under our program you... would focus purely on identifying and qualifying opportunities that can then handed over to our dedicated Delivery & Research team, leaving you to focus on your clients and billing. Through our Managing Partner program, you will have access to: ?? Increased Earnings (no thresholds: 50% on new business, 30% on repeat business) ?? Business Resources (admin team for resume formatting, proposals, etc.) ?? IT Systems including CRM/ATS ?? Coaching & Mentoring ?? Marketing ??
