As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. This is a work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system. Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Meet performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution. Assist with other tasks as needed, including administrative duties or data entry. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively. Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once. A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access. Must be located in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or online support). Experience with chat-based support systems. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
