Resolve customer concerns, including order issues, product inquiries, and billing questions, with a focus on first-contact resolution. Provide accurate information about Chewy's products, services, and policies. Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. A passion for pets and an understanding of pet-related products is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
