Reefer - OTR CDL A. Reefer OTR $1,000 Minimum Pay Average Gross Pay $1,000 - $1,400 Home Time 21 Days Out 5 Days Home Job Description You will be operating OTR, pulling 53 ft. reefer trailers. You will travel east of the Rockies averaging 1,900 to 2,300 miles per week. Pay and Bonus Opportunities Average Miles 1,900-2,300 miles per week Pay Increases $.01 at 90 days, then $.01 increase annually on anniversary date until cap of $.70 cpm Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based) Up to $.05 cpm per month Per Diem $.10 cpm for all Drivers - included in pay rate Military Pay Drivers who are currently serving or have served within the past 24 months ÂWe Want to Hear From You!
