Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives to accompany their REMOTE TEAM! APPLY TODAY!!! Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 7a – 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided Start Date: November 2024 • Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX*** Job Details • Processing patient’s cases and creating benefit investigations within the system • Calling outbound to Insurance companies to determine if the patient has coverage for the Pharmaceutical. • Pay close attention to detail. Job Requirements: At least 1 year of insurance verification experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX*** • Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required. • Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home. • Ability to hardwire to internet router. • Quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions. • Availability for shift between Monday – Friday 7a – 8p CST • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. • HS Diploma/Equivalent. • Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah to be considered.
