Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries and utilize a proactive sales approach to enhance customer interactions. - Employ active listening techniques to thoroughly understand customer concerns and deliver effective resolutions. - Promote and upsell products and features, articulating their advantages clearly to customers - Navigate various computer applications with efficiency and precision. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, services, customer accounts, and billing processes to provide accurate information. - Project a professional, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor in all customer interactions. - Address customer inquiries regarding current plans and products, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. - Identify and leverage additional sales and service opportunities during each customer engagement. Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. - High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite). - A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone. - A quiet, secured workspace free from distractions. - Professional and positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette. - Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting. - Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment.
