Salary: £14 - 15 per hour Reference: 0999999 Step into Care Coordinator Location: Remote working from home, but you will need to live in Manchester Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £14 - £15 Per hour Job role: Support, develop and maintain employer and referral partnerships on the Step into Care programme. Job Duties: • Liaise with Health and Social Care employers to inform them about the program and establish any recruitment needs • Attend events online and in person to promote the program. • Liaise with key stakeholders to introduce WEA to employers that might benefit from recruitment & training support. • Attends regular meetings online and in person with DWP engaging with Job Coaches and Employer Advisors. • Promote provision to ensure recruitment targets are met • Acquistion of successful referral partnerships, including DWP, that leads to enrolments into learning • Managing and maintaining successful relationships with... employers • Matching employment opportunities for learners that lead to sustained employment What you'll need: • Experience in the care sector • Experience working in recruitment • Preferrable experience of working in a funded educational environment • Enhanced DBS • Excellent stakeholder Management and communication skills • Excellent Admin skills • Excellent attention to detail Interested, click apply!
