About the position The Alliance Marketing Intern position at The Walt Disney Company offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation. This full-time internship, running from January to June 2025, involves working closely with the marketing team to support partner requests for social media content, particularly within Disney Parks and key events. Interns will engage in various tasks, including photography, videography, and editing, while learning about the marketing strategies that enhance brand partnerships with Disney. Responsibilities • Support and fulfill partner requests for social media content. , • Collect partner food/beverage photography and video of partner activation on-property. , • Identify and communicate key marketing and social communication trends. , • Edit photo/video content and gain internal approvals for use. , • Assist internal copywriters with content captions for social posts. , • Monitor current Disney Parks' social channels and share exciting posts with the team. , • Assist with other partner marketing tactics beyond social media. Requirements • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last six months. , • Strong social media savvy on all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.). , • Knowledge of cell phone camera/video features including developing graphics and editing. , • Strong interpersonal communication skills with integrity and confidentiality. , • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities as an upbeat self-starter. , • Problem-solving skills with a positive growth mindset. Nice-to-haves • Working knowledge of DSLR cameras for photography. , • Understanding of basic lighting principles.
