Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our prestigious team on a remote basis, with a commitment of at least 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities • Maintain proactive communication with clients to update and classify their bank transactions, while generating and analyzing comprehensive financial statements for their businesses. • Ensure precise monthly records by reconciling bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. • Utilize analytical expertise to scrutinize and interpret financial reports, paying close attention to detail. • Collaborate with our team to prepare tax-ready financial statements at the end of the fiscal year. • Engage in weekly remote team meetings to foster alignment and connectivity with team objectives. Required Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential. • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients concurrently while meeting deadlines. • Excellent communication skills essential for client interactions.
