We are is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines accurate data entry with customer service responsibilities to ensure seamless data management and exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers. Job: Full time Monday to Friday Pay Range: $25.60 - $35.00 hourly PITTSBURGH, PA THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Pittsburgh, PA Responsibilities  Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and systems.  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance.  Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.  Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following company policies and protocols.  Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service and data entry processes.  Prepare reports based on collected data and customer feedback.  Assist in creating and updating process documentation. Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent; associateÂs or bachelorÂs degree preferred.  Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.  Strong typing skills with high accuracy.  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.  Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
