Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Inbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a significant volume of incoming calls while ensuring outstanding service quality. • Foster trust and rapport through empathetic and tailored conversations with patients. • Assess patient needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions. • Accurately enter and maintain data within our medical software systems. • Achieve performance targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and process efficiency. • Engage in continual training and constructive feedback sessions with management to improve performance. Required Skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Professional phone etiquette, demonstrating sensitivity and diplomacy. • Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is beneficial. • Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment. • Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED is required; relevant customer service or call center experience is preferred. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally within the healthcare sector.
