Key Responsibilities • Input a substantial volume of data from various sources into the company database. • Ensure meticulous and timely entry of necessary data for claims and application processing. • Enter customer and account information into the appropriate fields within the company database software. • Identify and rectify any discrepancies through appropriate quality control measures. • Review data for inconsistencies and seek clarification for incomplete documentation. • Notify relevant department leadership regarding any issues with the system. • Maintain a production log to accurately document all time and work. • Execute additional duties as assigned. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently. • Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend work as necessary.
