Key Responsibilities • Enter and update data with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Uphold the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information. • Identify and rectify data discrepancies to maintain data integrity. • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of data entry procedures and protocols. • Collaborate with team members in a virtual setting to bolster data integrity and support program objectives. • Generate analytical reports and summaries to aid in program evaluation and informed decision-making. • Execute routine data backups and perform maintenance tasks as necessary. • Provide assistance with additional administrative duties as required. Required Skills • Exemplary attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software. • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to work independently within a remote framework while being part of a collaborative team.
