Job Duties/Essential Functions:  Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.  Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.  Confirms reservations accurately.  Communicates members needs to other support departments.  Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications: Required:  Effective listening and communication skills.  Excellent customer service skills.  Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute.  Detail-oriented approach to work. Recommended:  Sales experience (preferably phone sales).  Travel industry experience.  Call center experience.  Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing work environment.  Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.  Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, and holidays.  High school diploma or GED Other Conditions:  Management will review the Job Analysis for this position prior to a job offer.
