An exciting insurtech company is looking to add Account Managers to its rapidly growing organization. They are looking to hire experienced account managers (3+ years experience) to manage their own customer accounts. ** Account Manager Responsibilities**  Independently manage 300+ customer accounts  Engage with prospects and customers via multiple platforms: chat, email, video calls, and more  Explain value propositions, resolve customer support requests, and generate a positive customer experience  Work well in cross-functional teams by coordinating with our partnerships and finance teams Account Manager Requirements  Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role  MUST HAVE an active commercial property & casualty insurance license  Experience in data gathering, analysis, and reporting  Desire to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency Account Manager Compensation  Competitive salary  Medical/Dental/Vision  401k  144 hours PTO At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
