Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions. • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER AND INTERNET**THIS IS WORK FROM HOME* • Pay rate: $19/hr • Work Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST • Start Date... 5/21 Location: MUST LIVE IN Charlotte, NC*** salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities • handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. • answering inbound and outbound calls • processing email, chat and callback interactions. • Must have 1 year of previous call center experience shown on resume • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER AND INTERNET** WORK FROM HOME* • Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent and be willing to submit to a background check!
