Location: Work comfortably from home, with flexible hours on the BloomBoard platform. Certification To ensure accuracy and quality feedback, certification is required before completing assessments. Compensation Earn a flat fee for every artifact and portfolio assessed, with hourly wages varying based on assessment speed. On average, assessors earn between $30 to $45 per hour. Responsibilities Assess submissions against predetermined criteria, offering targeted and constructive feedback. Recommend "Earn" or "Deny" based on assessment outcomes. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in K-12 education. Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and evaluating teachers. Ability to assess up to 20 or more portfolio submissions or 60 artifacts per week (approximately 10-15 hours of work). Potential for additional work opportunities based on availability.
