We do this by providing engaging soccer lessons for kids aged 2-8, with a special focus on building character. Even though we're growing, we're still a small business at heart. We treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own. Coaches are trained in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We offer high-quality fundamental soccer training that lays a solid foundation for a lifetime of playing the sport. YOUTH SOCCER COACH - WEEKENDS ONLY & NO SOCCER EXPERIENCE NEEDED WHAT IT ENTAILS: Arrive early for classes every day (15-30 minutes before, depending on the session) Carry equipment bags and goals to the field regularly. Brave the elements and run around in the heat or cold. Greet every child, family, and school director with a smile and a positive attitude, regardless of what's happening in your day. Be responsible, follow through on your commitments, and be accountable to yourself, your team, and the children you coach. Be willing to sacrifice, work hard, and demonstrate discipline and commitment. Take pride in the work you do, always giving your best effort. A TYPICAL DAY: Safely managing a class of 10-14 children (depending on their age). Implementing our curriculum, focusing on skill and character development. Arriving on time to your locations and providing a positive experience for faculty and families. Maintaining equipment and managing your class rosters. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: Comprehensive instructor training, along with a coaching jersey and training equipment. The most supportive team and an amazing work culture. An experience that can truly change your life SCHEDULE: We offer a flexible schedule and will only schedule you when you're available to work. Our schedule on weekends includes Saturday & Sunday between the hours of 8:00AM-12:00PM COMPENSATION: While training, coaches will earn $20 per hour. Once training is complete, coaches will earn $25 per hour, with plenty of room for career growth and advancement. WHAT YOU NEED: To be eligible, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Have a genuine love for children and teaching Previous coaching or early childhood education experience is preferred but not required.
