Description: • Product Launch. Manage the entire software development life cycle and successfully deliver an initial product offering to market. • Roadmap Planning. Develop and manage the product roadmap with key milestones for initial product delivery. • Product Strategy. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to validate the product roadmap • Product Development. Facilitate refinement sessions with development, QA and design teams • Value Proposition. Produce value proposition materials in collaboration with the marketing team • Stakeholder Management. Provide regular updates and prepare release notes for internal and external stakeholders. • Training & Documentation. Facilitate release training sessions for internal stakeholders and join support on customer-facing release webinars. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or business line manager in a B2B or B2C SaaS solution • Knowledge of and previous... experience using Jira, Confluence, Mural and Hubspot • 5+ years of experience working within agile and scrum framework • 5+ years experience collaborating with cross functional teams such as management, sales, marketing, support, development, and QA • 3+ years experience interacting with and conducting user interviews with enterprise-level customers • 3+ years experience completing competitive analysis and conducting market research • Prior experience building out a product line or executing entering an adjacent market • Prior experience taking a product from concept to a successful market launch • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and collaboration • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building while driving organizational alignment to the company's vision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: • Fully Remote • Unlimited PTO (Highly suggested 3-week minimum) • Flex Hours • 100% healthcare premiums covered for employees • 70% healthcare premiums covered for dependents • Low cost-to-employee vision and dental • Automatic 3% employer addition to 401k • 12 weeks of fully paid Parental Leave • Technology stipend to cover the equipment you need to set up your home office • Professional development reimbursement Apply Job!
