Utilize critical thinking and technical skills to guide customers to the best solutions. Work independently while closely following provided steps and instructions. No fixed-term contract, giving you the flexibility to work on your terms. Qualifications: Must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with access to social media and website chat functions. Ability to work independently, ensuring top-notch customer service. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions.
