Johnson Controls is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our online contact center operations. Responsibilities... 1. Assist in managing incoming online inquiries and requests from customers 2. Provide excellent customer service via online chat, email, and phone interactions 3. Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating as needed to senior staff 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective online contact center operations 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Assist in analyzing data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement 7. Support in implementing strategies for improving online contact center performance 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers 9. Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strategic planning and leadership skills 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 9.
