Our sales team members sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Salary: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year This is a remote position Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via live lead transfers, cross sells within existing book of business, and other established lead sources. Prepare accurate insurance quotes, present insurance proposals, close deals. Document and notate your work as required Effectively manage a large volume of existing and incoming leads within our database Requirements Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right Have a competitive desire to succeed Dependability and reliability is a must Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US Career minded vision Previous insurance experience is a PLUS but not required.
