Immediate career opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic therapist to see patients across the lifespan in individual, couples, or family therapy. Our dedicated office support-team takes care of all scheduling, billing, collections, and credentialing. Weekly group supervision and didactics integrated into the position to support proficiency across populations and therapeutic modalities. For more information about the company visit https://curectneurony.com/ Who You Are The primary functions of the Licensed Clinical Therapist are to provide assessments, treatments, psychotherapy and referrals to a broad range of clients. Individual, couples, and family therapy are available forms of treatment provided by the Licensed Clinical Therapist. Clients can range in age from young children to the elderly. Support and education are provided to the significant others of the clients as well. All services are provided in accordance with professional ethics and boundaries. What You'll Do • Diagnoses and counsels client(s) for psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.• Maintains proper documentation required for therapy and administrative duties.• Develops, implements, and monitors individual treatment plans.• Refers clients for neuropsychological assessment when applicable to evaluate effectiveness of counselingand accuracy of diagnoses.• Attends administrative and professional consultation/supervision meetings.• Performs additional responsibilities, as assigned by department leadership. What You Bring • Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar degree.• Current license to practice in the state of New York.• 3 year of relevant experience (may include post-graduate training). Skills• Excellent verbal/written communication• Strong interpersonal skills• Strong reasoning skills • Ability to take directive from supervisor• Ability to direct others• Ability to work in a team What We Offer Position Salary: $70-85k Effective 09/17/2023 NYC passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NYC based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting.
