Address challenging situations with tact and courtesy, ensuring fan satisfaction at all times. ? Complete transactions accurately and resolve any concerns related to fan orders. ? Maintain updated records of orders and interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. ? Promote fan engagement through our app, fostering a personalized experience. ? Manage high-value ticket orders and proactively follow up on potential sales, contributing to team goals. ?
