- Team of Data Analysts that support the revenue cycle department -Team develops reporting tools and programs to assist in the overall revenue cycle operations -This position will require experience with report development and report construction, and be able to manipulate large data sets in Excel... -Responsible for some project management and presenting data and findings to executive leadership -Meetings with various department heads to identify departmental problems and data points/KPIsBuilding productivity reports -Will be leveraging tools like: o SQL CodeSQL server o AlteryxETL Tool o SSMSDatabase management system (RDMS) o TableauVisualization o Excel/Smartsheet We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Bachelor's Degree (Ideally Healthcare, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering) ? Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, v lookups, chart building, mass indexing, advanced formulas ? SQL experiencewriting queries and statements ? 3-5 years of data analysis experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience ? **Highly Preferred - Healthcare/Hospital/Revenue Cycle experiencepayments, adjustments, account balance ? Revenue cycle analytics experience ? Exp w/ Smartsheets ? Exp w/ Alteryx ? Tableau exp ? Epic experience ?
