In This Role, You Will • Responsible for responding to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence. • Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event. • Dependent upon position, identify root cause of issues and concerns, determine resolution, and refer to company Management. • Dependent upon position, maintain and organize all pertinent back up information to substantiate payment postings as necessary. • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties. • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. • Make recommendations to implement improved processes. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Ideal Candidate Qualifications • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired. • Previous call center/customer service experience required. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Good mathematical and analytical skills required. • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to work in a team fostered environment. • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
