Position Overview We are on the lookout for a passionate and tech-savvy Recruiter/Employee Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This remote position offers flexible hours, with operations based on PST. The ideal candidate will be a New York State resident with a strong background in customer service, administration, and recruiting, particularly within the healthcare and education sectors. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Manage virtual recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes and cover letters, editing job postings, conducting phone screenings, and tracking candidate progress. Collaborate with the CEO on recruitment strategies and best practices. Onboarding: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including coordinating training materials and video resources for new hires. Training and Development: Assist in the development of training programs for new team members and update company policies as needed. Focus on staff retention and development strategies. Administrative and Marketing Support: As needed, handle administrative tasks, contribute to marketing initiatives such as blog writing, social media management, email campaigns, and website content creation. Requirements At least one year of experience in customer service, administration, and recruiting. Currently enrolled in or a graduate of high school, college, or grad school. Highly proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms. Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills. Flexible work hours, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure. Experience with MindBody online software is a plus. Why Join Us?
