If you would like to book an interview and get started within 4 days, please apply on teach.fm Job Description iTutorGroup has over 20,000 teachers delivering classes on the most versatile online learning platform. • Guide and teach our learners from all ages with provided lesson plans • Teach 25min 1-on-1 classes or 45min group classes • Create a friendly atmosphere for students to learn in and encourage creativity in the virtual learning environment • Meet great people from different cultures and career backgrounds, get inspired in our adult classes • Have fun and make friends with talented children and teenagers in our Jr classes • Hourly Rate: $14 – 24 per hour (*Only applicable to native English speakers) • (US, UK, CANADA) 25 min class base rate is $7 or $8, you do get bonus of $1 after 50 classes and $1 for perfect attendance ($14-20 per hour) • US 45 min class base rate is $7.50 you do get bonuses from the students and can earn up to $34.50 (Group Class) (5% Raise for Every 1000 Hours Finished) • Student Age Group: age 5-18 and adult • Class Size: One-on-one or up to 6 students per class • Class Length: 25 min for junior and 45 min for an adult lesson • The number of Class Session per week: • Class Schedule: 24/7 around the clock Beijing time *Peak hours. Mon – Fri: 19:30 – 22:30 *Peak hours. Sat & Sun 9:30, 10:30, 13:30, 14:30, 19:30, 20:30 Requirements • Minimal weekly commitment: Min 5 hours • Bachelor’s degree or above • Native English Speakers preferred and non-native with a neutral accent • TESOL/TEFL Certification (or willingness to obtain it) • Teaching experience preferred • Passionate and patient teaching children • English teaching experience is preferred Salary and Compensation • Average monthly salary: US$1,500-2,000 • Flexible schedule, 24/7 bookings available • Teaching both kids and adults, including business English • Various types of courses for career growth • Top-notch professional training to improve teaching skills • Professional and well-designed materials targeting all age groups • Free Chinese tutoring • Pay Monthly (iTutorGroup is very punctual in payment) • Greater and guarantee pay with Fix rate pay structure instead of base pay, fewer conditions.
