We?re currently recruiting teacher-qualified Substitutes and Break Support at each of our three centers. A Part-Time Substitute works when they're available and when we need help covering for staff members who are sick or taking time off - a perfect role for someone looking for rewarding work but also plenty of time for other pursuits. A Full-time Substitute works a guaranteed number of hours per week, filling in for ill or vacationing coworkers. This role is perfect for someone who's adaptable, adventurous, and interested in working on a regular basis and with a variety of ages. Since we opened our first school in 2007, we?ve continually adapted our compensation strategy and learned that prospective and current employees alike value fair, predictable compensation. So, all ChildRoots Substitutes and Break Support start at $18.25 and are eligible for standardized annual raises and long-term commitment bonuses. Other centers and programs offer variable starting wages, but we?re committed to equal pay for equal work.
