FULL-TIME REMOTE SPEECH IN MARYLAND • *also seeking in-person part-time & full-time SLP (higher pay for in-person) AUG COMM EXPERIENCE A PLUS FOR IN-PERSON!! Would consider either W2 or 1099. Range of pay based on benefit level, experience, etc. Looking for 2-3 therapists to start immediately. Must have excellent documentation and collaboration skills. Must be good at getting students to attend to telehealth therapy. Preference for those already licensed in Maryland, but we can assist in obtaining licensure. Must be available full-time during traditional school hours. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-time Remote Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional speech therapy services to students in a school setting. This role is ideal for professionals who are committed to enhancing the communication skills of children and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to make a significant impact on students' lives. Responsibilities • Primarily service delivery; may include some evaluation • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs. • Provide direct speech therapy services via teletherapy sessions, ensuring engagement and effectiveness. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary. • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals. • Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in professional development opportunities. Experience • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. • Valid MARYLAND state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students effectively. • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus. • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning in the field of speech-language pathology.
