In this role, you will not only be responsible for your individual contributions but also for guiding and empowering your team members to deliver high-quality solutions Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: ? Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design. Project Management and Delivery: ? Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation. ? Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: ? Encourage a culture of learning, fostering an environment where team members can explore new ideas. ? Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance team productivity. Requirements ? 8 years of proven experience in software development, 2+ years management experience. ? Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred • Hands on experience with Java or Kotlin • Familiarity with Google Cloud (GCP) • Experience with with data pipeline technologies in a production environment • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools • Experienced with fast-paced software startup culture Interested in hearing more?
