We are seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure outstanding client service... Key Responsibilities • Manage client communications via email and telephone, ensure timely responses, and assist with appointment scheduling. • Aid in the creation, scheduling, and dissemination of engaging social media content to enhance community connections and promote our classes. • Organize schedules, class bookings, and maintain accurate customer records; assist with data entry and attendance tracking. • Provide exemplary customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, as well as managing feedback. • Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing initiatives, newsletters, and promotional content. • Assist with organizing workshops, retreats, and special events, including attendee registration and communications. • Support billing processes, including membership payments, invoice processing, and basic accounting tasks as required. Required Skills • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • Prior experience in customer service is essential. • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. • Interest or background in yoga, particularly Bikram, is advantageous but not necessary.
