Under the supervision of the Sales Manager(s) and department Sales Consultant Lead(s), the Sales Consultant will answer all inbound sales leads. The Sales Consultant shall excel at the following duties and create sales and repeat customers through outstanding customer service and relationship building. General Position Qualifications and Duties: • Computer competent: highly experienced and capable of using a wide range of applications • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Empathetic • Eager and ambitious • Detail oriented and organized • Ability to multitask • Problem solver • Good communication & superior listening skills • Some sales conversion skills • Excellent phone etiquette • Self-Management • Technology and product knowledge • Team work • Operations and problem solving • Learning on the fly Responsibilities: • Answers all inbound sales leads. • Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude towards all customers. • Handles all complaints with top priority and works towards immediate resolution. • Instills the”100% customer satisfaction” • Treats all inquiries or orders with top priority. Knowledge and Skills: • Must be able to follow direction • Must be creative and able to think on your feet to make the sale • Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented • Must be computer literate, and able to navigate through programs and Windows fundamentals • Must have the ability to be animated and excited during the sales presentation • Must have the desire to create income through sales • Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
